First Thursday Night

The Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee meets on the first Thursday of each month at 4pm at the Town Hall.

First Monday Night

The Planning Board meets on the first Monday night of each month at 7pm at the Town Hall. If the Monday night is a holiday, then the meeting is usually held on the next night; which is Tuesday night.

Second Monday Night
The Town Council meets the second Monday night of the month at 7pm at the Town Hall. Public Hearings are usually held 15 minutes prior to the meeting.

Third Monday Night
The Board of Adjustment meets the third Monday night of the month at 7pm at the Town Hall.

TDA Quarterly Meeting
The Tourism Development Authority meets on a quarterly basis and as needed. As these meetings do not hold to a regular schedule, those interested should watch for an agenda to be posted outside Town Hall and at the Banner Elk Post Office.
