Public Hearing

The Banner Elk Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on a request to voluntarily annex property on Monday, 8 April 2019 at 6:00 pm at the Banner Elk Town Hall.

The property is owned by William and Elaine Burns, with a Tax ID of 1859-1962-7069 (3.330 Acres) and is being considered for annexation from the ETJ into the Corporate limits of Banner Elk.

A copy of this request is on file at the Banner Elk Town Hall for public inspection from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm, weekdays.
